Belzona, an established leader in industrial protective coatings and repair composites, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Service Engineer (Chemical) to join their Miami Lakes based team. This entry-level position is ideal for exceptional candidates with a degree in chemical engineering, aiming to provide uncompromised service and support to customers while representing the company's values.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop international and domestic markets.
• Act as a source of technical advice to field engineers, distributors, and consultants.
• Develop successful relationships with colleagues and international customers.
• Solve complex technical problems requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation.
• Utilize knowledge of engineering standards (ISO and ASME) to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering (required).
• 1 year of experience in technical service (preferred).
• Ability to work full time and travel for events or trainings, including weekends with overnight stays.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Proficient in using hands and fingers for office equipment and other tools.
• Ability to sit for long periods and communicate effectively with others.

Nice-to-haves

• Skills and experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CRMs, and 3D printing.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Understanding of organic and inorganic chemistry, properties, and reactions.
