We want you to be a part of the Long-Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) System Team, which is one of the most sophisticated missile defense systems in the world. Are you ready to take on the challenge? In this role, you will function as the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Engineering Authority within the CLS Team supporting the LRHW. Your responsibilities will include conducting maintenance, supply, hardware and software installation/upgrade, and providing support to the LRHW unit. You will also provide New Equipment Training (NET) as well as any required Delta training to the unit. Your daily duties will encompass performing all maintenance actions on all equipment, managing maintenance through the GoldESP program and work order system at the work location, and supporting the US Army in managing the LRHW maintenance and sustainment program. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing weapon system hardware, software, and firmware upgrades and modifications. The permanent work location for this position is Fort Lewis, Washington, with an initial temporary training assignment (8 months) in Huntsville, Alabama. You will serve as a liaison and critical source of support to the home station CLS Team and report to the LRHW Logistics IPT in Huntsville, Alabama. This position is deployable for long/short term assignments Outside Continental United States (OCONUS), therefore you must be fully capable and qualified for OCONUS deployment.
