Responsibilities

  • Providing telephone support to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Aiding customers in ordering parts and authorizing returns.
  • Working with various internal departments to create quotes for parts.
  • Processing orders and returns through the system.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of managing projects.
  • Three or more years of supporting customers.
  • Electrical knowledge, mechanical knowledge, and fluid power knowledge are required.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A solid work history.
  • Must be a US citizen or possess a green card.
  • A mechanical mindset.
