About the position

The Technical Service & Support role at Performance Health Systems focuses on coordinating the delivery, installation, and warranty service activities for Power Plate and bioDensity products. This position requires effective communication with customers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service across the USA and Canada, while also handling technical support and logistics responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of product delivery and warranty service activities.
• Utilize a network of national service providers for customer delivery and installation.
• Provide preventive maintenance and service repairs for products throughout the USA and Canada.
• Field initial customer complaints and gather warranty information.
• Troubleshoot issues over the phone and determine necessary repairs.
• Capture customer and product data in the company ERP system.
• Generate work orders with customer information and problem descriptions.
• Review service provider billing invoices and close out service calls.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Technical Education Certificate.
• 3+ years of technical related experience.
• 3+ years of logistics and/or order entry related experience.
• 3+ years of direct experience within the fitness industry.
• In-depth working knowledge of service methods and procedures for product delivery and installation.
• Technical understanding of electrical and mechanical products.
• High level of PC skills focused on order entry.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
