About the position

The Technical Services Coordinator at TDW is responsible for organizing and directing HT&P field operations, ensuring that pipeline services are delivered safely and reliably. This role involves overseeing project schedules, coordinating with technicians, and acting as the primary contact for customers from initial inquiries through to job completion. The coordinator ensures compliance with safety standards and quality assurance while managing resources effectively to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all HT&P services projects to maintain schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Identifies resources, assigns individual responsibilities, and schedules field service work & technicians, making tracking and progress reporting to job completion.
  • Acts as the key contact to recurrent customers, from customer inquiries and standard quotations development to job completion and invoicing.
  • Compiles Job Safety Analysis prior to starting work on site.
  • Ensures timely return of Customer service feedback forms.
  • Assists with coordinating with TDW HT&P inspection personnel as required.
  • Ensures Field Technicians deliver safe services performances in compliance with TDW standards and applicable HSE rules.
  • Ensures that technicians have the required certifications/skills to execute assigned operations and provides technical support when required.
  • Supervises the execution of assigned HT&P interventions according to contracts.
  • Coordinates special projects.
  • Ensures effectiveness of operations to meet established objectives, observes corporate policies, and takes prompt corrective action if necessary.
  • Ensures all workshop activities are performed according to intervention planning and takes final decisions relative to workshop activities if required.
  • For locally quoted and delivered services, ensures engineering, technical, and quality assurance programs comply with TDW and customer quality standards.
  • Monitors the use of outside companies to source/rent equipment to ensure execution of interventions according to established planning.
  • Remains current on new developments, policies, and procedures relating to equipment and operational/maintenance techniques and implements changes as necessary.
  • Responsible for regular monthly HSE reporting.
  • Maintains a clean, orderly work area.

Requirements

  • Technical degree or equivalent preferred, combined with a minimum of 3 years of pipeline operations or related experience.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, piping materials, and operating fluid systems; ability to read blueprints.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be available for calls after hours, evenings, and weekends as needed.
