About The Position

The Technical Services Manager (Accelerated Development Program) at Michelin is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of the site's mechanical, electrical, maintenance, energy, and reliability processes. Relocation to various US locations and participation in global assignments may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is required; an MBA is helpful.
• 5 to 10 years of dynamic management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in technical services.
• Ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strategic vision with implementation capabilities.
• Impeccable leadership presence that empowers and influences others positively.
• Curious and dynamic, willing to challenge self and others for higher performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 100 indirect reports in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Supervise daily performance and set strategic direction for reliability and maintenance functions.
• Establish and manage the budget for technical services within the site.
• Mentor team members and develop future leaders within the company.
• Communicate company, plant, and department business plan objectives and performance.
