About the position
The Technical Solutions Architect at Arrow Electronics is a pivotal role designed for a forward-thinking technical expert who is passionate about developing innovative solutions. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement sophisticated solutions tailored to meet clients' unique business needs. The architect will provide technical leadership, ensuring the seamless integration of advanced technologies while supporting revenue and margin goals through effective sales enablement plans.
Responsibilities
- Consult, develop and implement technical and related sales enablement plans with partners and internal/external customers.
- Provide Pre-Sales Technical Support, complex sales tool configurations, and systems design for software solutions related to system design, storage, networking, integration, and AI.
- Conduct partner and sales technical team training.
- Assist Arrow customers and partners with technical certifications and product/technology demonstrations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards, new technologies, and current issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a Solution Architect or Field Application Engineer (FAE).
- Experience with system design, storage, networking, integration, and AI solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
