About the position
The Technical Solutions Architect at Arrow Electronics is a pivotal role designed for a forward-thinking technical expert who is passionate about developing innovative solutions. This position involves designing and implementing sophisticated solutions tailored to meet clients' unique business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership to ensure seamless integration of advanced technologies. The role is fully remote but may require occasional travel to Arrow office locations as requested by leadership.
Responsibilities
- Consult, develop and implement technical and related sales enablement plans with partners and internal/external customers to support revenue and margin goals.
- Provide Pre-Sales Technical Support, complex sales tool configurations, and systems design to implement systems software solutions and/or products related to system design, storage, networking, integration, and AI.
- Conduct partner and sales technical team training.
- Assist Arrow customers and partners with technical certifications, or with product/technology demonstrations.
- Obtain training and maintain knowledge of industry standards, new technologies and current issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a Solution Architect or FAE.
- Experience with system design, storage, networking, integration, and AI solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
