About the position

The Technical Solutions Engineer role focuses on providing exceptional technical support to federal clients, ensuring their hardware and application needs are met effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of federal account management and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, particularly in hardware and application support, and must hold a TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional technical support to federal clients, ensuring their hardware and application needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with federal clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to client's technical problems.
• Driving the adoption of our technologies within the client's environment, and advocating for the client's needs within our organization.
• Managing and tracking client issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion, leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of the client's needs.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and federal regulations, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support or account management role, ideally within the technology industry.
• Proven experience with hardware and application support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with federal clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• A strong understanding of federal regulations and guidelines related to technology.
• A current TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
