About the position

The Technical Solutions Engineer role at Corpay focuses on supporting mission-critical business applications related to data matching within the Corporate Payments division. This position involves optimizing data matching processes, enhancing customer-facing tools, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive revenue optimization and improve overall business performance. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and implement solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Support mission critical business applications related to data matching, including a matching engine and auxiliary data pipelines.
• Hands-on support of prospect matching front-end excel templates with complex formulas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize work related to revenue optimization.
• Assist in configuring and implementing data structures for key business domains.
• Maintain and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with SQL Server, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Matching, Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, .NET, C#, Python, Azure, AWS, and Machine Learning.
• Experience interfacing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and macros, with knowledge of data integrity and architecture.

Nice-to-haves

• Expertise in Python is preferred.
• Experience in a fintech or payment environment is a plus.
