About the position

As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you will engage in problem-solving with a purpose, working on software that has a significant impact on the healthcare of 305 million patients globally. Your role will involve collaborating with customer counterparts to address mission-critical and complex issues that go beyond simple troubleshooting. You will be responsible for diagnosing problems, identifying effective solutions, and managing the implementation of these solutions, which may require coordination across multiple physical locations and various stakeholders. Requirements
