About the position

The Technical Sourcer for Engineering & Data Science at TikTok will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Monetization Product team by developing innovative sourcing strategies and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. This position focuses on enhancing the hiring process through collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners and stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while promoting diversity and inclusion best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand hiring needs and partner closely with TA Partners and stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across varying levels of experience.
  • Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
  • Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations.
  • Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment via search firm or in-house recruiting environment.
  • Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 2+ years experience recruiting and sourcing experience specifically focused on Engineering and Data Science roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
  • Have a strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
