About the position

Our client is seeking a strong Technical Sourcing Recruiter to operate out of the PST time zone. This role is crucial for assisting the team with pipeline generation and sourcing for active Software Development Engineer (SDE) requirements and other technical skillsets. The Technical Sourcing Recruiter will collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure that the most qualified candidates are presented to hiring teams. The focus will be on providing an exceptional candidate experience from the first interaction through to their first day and beyond. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals can thrive and bring their authentic selves to work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sourcing and recruiting, particularly for SDE roles. They will be responsible for managing a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. The recruiter will utilize various tools and platforms, including Beamery, iCIMS, and Hiretual, to identify and engage potential candidates. Additionally, experience in passive sourcing and both agency and corporate recruiting will be beneficial in this role.
