The position involves supporting Bolivia's efforts to implement its Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) in the energy sector through the Plurinational Authority of Mother Earth (APMT). The consultant will develop a comprehensive NDC implementation plan that integrates climate commitments and goals with prioritized actions in the energy sector. This plan will identify financial, technical, and regulatory gaps, establish a critical path for climate actions, and monitor progress towards achieving the NDC targets. The consultant will also conduct technical analyses, stakeholder consultations, and validation workshops to ensure the plan's effectiveness and alignment with the NDC 3.0 update process.
