About the position

We are looking for a full-time Staffing Recruiter - Bilingual to attract and recruit quality candidates. This role is essential in identifying and reaching out to highly skilled candidates through various channels including social media, recruitment platforms, job sites, and professional contacts. The recruiter will be responsible for qualifying and interviewing candidates, as well as maintaining communication with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming staffing needs. The position requires implementing creative recruiting techniques and publishing job advertisements to attract potential candidates. Additionally, the recruiter will play a crucial role in all aspects of the job-placement process, including onboarding and client communication. The role also involves performing language and skills testing to assess candidate proficiency and ensuring that all related duties are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to highly skilled candidates through social media and recruitment platforms.
  • Qualify and interview candidates for various positions.
  • Maintain communication with hiring managers regarding staffing needs.
  • Implement creative recruiting techniques and publish job ads.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Perform language and skills testing to determine candidate proficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate sourcing tools and recruitment databases.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and another language, with written and verbal fluency in English.
  • 2 years of experience working in an HR or staffing environment.
  • Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, CRM, and candidate sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
  • Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email.
  • Experience with technical roles in recruitment.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of experience specifically in a staffing environment.
  • Degree with a focus in Human Resources or Business Administration.
