Our internship program is designed for students looking for a fun, diverse, and team-oriented environment, allowing them to explore their passions while building skills in various areas such as leadership, sales, marketing, and business operations. The internship is a ten-week paid program taking place from June to August, where no IT knowledge is necessary. Interns will be assigned mentors to guide them through their experience and provide resources for day-to-day assignments and longer-term projects. The program includes executive guest speaker calls to learn about different career paths available at TEKsystems. Interns will assist the office with sales territory reviews, resume sourcing, and placing candidates. Upon completion of the program, there is an opportunity to be considered for a full-time role.
