You will build and maintain relationships with consultants, utilizing outbound calling to match them with the best opportunities available. Understanding our clients' business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments, is crucial to effectively align the career goals of consultants with the hiring needs of our clients. You will also negotiate unique compensation packages, including wages and benefits, to attract and hire candidates that meet our clients' requirements.
