About the position
The Technical Subject Matter Expert will support Arlluk Technology Solutions and its government customers in Manhattan, KS. This role requires expertise in training, change management, process improvement, and quality management systems, particularly in laboratory environments. The position involves interfacing with stakeholders, developing strategic plans, recommending technical solutions, and providing expertise in various technologies including Power Apps and Power Automation.
Responsibilities
- Interfacing with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Developing and proposing a strategic plan to improve the operating environment.
- Recommending technical solutions to stakeholder challenges.
- Evaluating various laboratory systems and configurations for potential enhancements.
- Providing expertise in usage and integration of Power Apps and Power Automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical field or laboratory environment.
- Experience in configuring, setting up, and executing Quality Management Systems.
- Ability to comprehend new concepts and execute ideas with minimal direction.
- Experience with technologies such as Cority, Laboratory Information Management Systems, and Microsoft HoloLens.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of schedules and deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.
