About the position

As a Technical Support Engineer at Dynatrace, you will play a crucial role in customer support and success by troubleshooting the Dynatrace platform across various technical environments and programming languages. Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot the Dynatrace platform for clients in various technical environments.
  • Provide support for enterprise applications and resolve technical challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding technical issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange knowledge and suggest product improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python or other OOPL based applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical related experience or training.
  • 1+ years of experience working with SaaS applications and infrastructure technologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python based applications.
  • Experience with software support and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Python frameworks (i.e. Django, Flask, etc.).
  • Experience writing and debugging complex Python applications.
  • Exposure to Java (JMX and PMI), .NET Development, or other programming languages.
  • Experience with database technologies (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2).
  • Exposure to Prometheus scraping and SNMP.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Relevant industry certification with a focus on Python.
