We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for a large, global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues and escalations for the customer while providing technical guidance in addressing their business needs. The successful candidate will be part of the ServiceNow Technical Support team, focusing on ServiceNow Technologies. This position is customer-facing and requires strong interpersonal skills in addition to robust technical skills. The Technical Support Engineer must be able to work outside of normal business hours, including evening and weekend shifts, as needed. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension, requiring a hybrid work schedule where the employee will be onsite 2-3 days a week.
