About the position

Salesforce Inc. seeks a Technical Support Engineer in Bellevue, WA. The role involves leading the complete end-to-end customer experience, coordinating and resolving critical technical issues, and ensuring timely problem-solving for technical challenges and business issues. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to research, document, and prioritize customer issues, utilizing internal tools and escalation teams effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment. The position also requires raising issues to Product Engineering when necessary, developing and maintaining technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality, and providing peer mentorship to team members through a Swarming framework. Additionally, the role includes creating knowledge base materials aimed at operational efficiency and empowering the greater support community. Telecommuting is an option.

Responsibilities

Lead the complete end-to-end customer experience.
Coordinate and run the resolution of critical technical issues.
Ensure timely and complete problem solving to technical challenges and business issues.
Research, document, and prioritize customer issues.
Utilize internal tools and escalation teams effectively.
Raise issues to Product Engineering when required.
Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
Provide peer mentorship to team members through a Swarming framework.
Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency.

Requirements

Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline.
One (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
