About the position

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Technical Solution Expert to provide technical support and develop application solutions for customers in the field of Finite Element Analysis, Quality Control, and Failure Analysis. This role involves delivering training, creating learning content, and promoting industry best practices while collaborating with product development teams to enhance product quality and evolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and web communications.
• Develop application solutions assisting customers with Finite Element Analysis, Quality Control, and Failure Analysis.
• Deliver instructor-led training classes and technical seminars.
• Develop or update learning content for use in instructor-led or e-Learning environments.
• Create specialized content for onsite and custom e-learning customer interactions.
• Support all functions of customer-facing business.
• Define and promote industry best practices utilizing Volume Graphics solutions.
• Drive product evolution and quality by documenting product issues and suggestions.
• Work with colleagues in Product Development to implement solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum BS Degree in mechanical, aerospace, or technical engineering field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience using drafting or similar software.
• Experience with CT (computer tomography), metrology software or VG STUDIO MAX is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Good organizational skills and meticulous about technical detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good listener.
