Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to software troubleshooting, operating systems, and computer management.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across various platforms, including Windows and Mac OS.
• Assist users with networking problems, including LAN connectivity, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP settings.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Conduct routine checks on computer hardware to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Educate users on best practices for computer usage and security measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and operating systems.
• Familiarity with computer management practices, including hardware maintenance.
• Understanding of LAN setups, firewall configurations, and computer networking principles.
• Proficient in TCP/IP protocols and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.
