About The Position

The Technical Support Specialist II position provides enhanced technical support to the teams that provide Remote and Managed Services to our customers, and to the customers who use these services. This role involves implementing and maintaining End Point Security solutions and services, troubleshooting various security issues, and serving as the single point of contact for incident management.
