The primary purpose of the Technical Clarification Specialist CTP is providing technical clarification to reduce planned and unplanned downtime for our CTP customer base. The position is embedded in the Global Solution Center Americas.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to reduce downtime for our installed customer base.
• Work closely with 3rd party Vendors on technical side, based on the service level agreements.
• Maintain product knowledge via internal training, self-guided training and on the job training.
• Assist with clarification on spare parts and retrofits.
• Available to perform repairs to machines in the field upon supervisor's approval.
• Provide basic sales support on the technical side.

Requirements

• Associates degree or Equivalent
• One year experience in similar position
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels inside and outside of the organization
• Ability to analyze complex situations and arrive to sound conclusions
