About the position

The Technical Support Specialist will primarily assist with the update and migration of Windows 10 to Windows 11 across 13 locations. This role involves providing IT helpdesk support, installing and maintaining IT hardware and software, and resolving various technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the update and migration of Windows 10 to Windows 11 at various locations.
  • Answer incoming IT helpdesk calls.
  • Install and support IT hardware and software.
  • Help resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT Technical Support experience (software and hardware).
  • Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience updating necessary IT documentation and tickets related to support requests.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive personal vehicles to and from service locations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
