We are seeking a dedicated team member to provide 1st level technical support for our Spyder products. The ideal candidate will quickly learn to identify and resolve customer issues across a range of inquiries, including hardware setup, software troubleshooting, and general usage guidance. After training, you will handle support inquiries through our ticketing system, ZenDesk. An interest in color, color management, Mac and Windows systems, as well as photography and/or video is a plus.
