About the position
The Technical Support Specialist at Millennium Corporation is responsible for delivering IT technical support to end users across various locations, ensuring the proper configuration, installation, and maintenance of a wide range of devices. This role involves managing the full asset management lifecycle, providing desk-side support, and assisting with business development activities. The position requires an active Secret Clearance and a strong technical background to resolve complex issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver IT technical support to end users at 1650 different CONUS and OCONUS locations.
- Ensure proper configuration, installation, and maintenance of data input/output devices including laptops, tablets, workstations, and VOIP devices.
- Provide timely restoral and maintenance of laptops, tablets, and peripheral devices.
- Manage full-asset management lifecycle from acquisition to disposition in accordance with USACE policies.
- Handle day-to-day logistics of deploying integrated solutions including scheduling, provisioning, imaging, and testing of assets.
- Identify, log, and track user issues through the IT incident ticketing system.
- Provide desk-side technical support services that exceed Tier 1/2 support capabilities.
- Update and maintain a knowledge base for investigating and resolving incidents.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
- Associate's Degree and 3 years of experience OR 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- IAT Level I or Level II certification (e.g., Security+, A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security certifications).

- Experience in business development activities such as technical interviews and proposal writing.
