About the position

The Technical Support Specialist at CBD American Shaman, LLC is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to users, addressing a variety of hardware and software issues. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and enhancing user satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users via various channels, including in-person, phone, chat, and email.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify optimal solutions and best practices.
  • Advise users on appropriate procedures and best practices to prevent future issues.
  • Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve POS hardware problems, including requesting replacements and overseeing installation at store locations.
  • Perform structured cabling tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
