About the position
The Technical Support position at Rose International involves providing IT support primarily focused on the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across various park locations. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and software, as well as responding to helpdesk inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the update and migration of Windows 10 to Windows 11 at various locations.
- Answer incoming IT helpdesk calls and provide support for technical issues.
- Install and support IT hardware and software.
- Update necessary IT documentation and tickets related to support requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT Technical Support experience (software and hardware).
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to service locations.
