About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for internal employees via voice and chat, addressing technical issues related to Microsoft applications and proprietary systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including Windows 10/11, MS Office Suite, and Office 365.
  • Manage multiple live chats simultaneously while maintaining focus on customer service and quality metrics.
  • Document tickets clearly and escalate issues to second-line teams when first-line resolution is not possible.
  • Collaborate with global partners to deliver exceptional client care and meet service level agreements.
  • Support in-house technical training and provide real-time support to team members.
  • Prioritize workload effectively and ensure timely resolution of issues within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office Suite, and Office 365 troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools such as Citrix, VPN, and Cisco AnyConnect.
