About the position

The Technical Support Professional will be responsible for assisting with the update and migration of Windows 10 to Windows 11 across 13 client locations. This role involves providing IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring effective communication with staff regarding their IT needs.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming IT helpdesk calls
  • Install and support IT hardware and software
  • Help resolve technical issues
  • Assist staff with PC updates, issues, troubleshooting, and resolutions
  • Travel to 13 various client locations within the State

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT Technical Support experience (Software and Hardware)
  • Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing PCs, laptops, and peripherals
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience updating necessary IT documentation and tickets related to support requests
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to drive personal vehicles to and from service locations

Nice-to-haves

  • Local candidates preferred, but not mandatory
