Requirements
- 3+ years of IT technical support experience (software and hardware).
- Experience with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive personal vehicles to service locations.
