About the position

The Technical Talent Acquisition Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting the Tech and Digital organization by managing the full-cycle recruiting process for both full-time and contract roles, specifically focusing on Information Risk and Cybersecurity. This position is designed for a proactive individual who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and explore innovative recruiting channels to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for both contract and FTE roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and clean data in Workday.
  • Research and identify new recruiting channels using competitive intelligence and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at high-growth FinTech companies.
  • A fundamental understanding of technology concepts, specifically in cybersecurity.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Outstanding interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS.
