About the position

The Technical Talent Acquisition Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting the Information Risk and Cybersecurity (IRC) team by managing the full-cycle recruiting process for both full-time and contract roles. This position is designed for a proactive individual who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining data integrity in the recruitment system. The recruiter will also explore new recruiting channels to enhance the talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for both contract and FTE roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while working closely with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with their needs.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and clean data in Workday.
  • Explore New Channels: Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at high-growth FinTech companies.
  • A fundamental understanding of technology concepts, specifically in cybersecurity.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge.
  • Outstanding interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS.
