About the position

As a Technical Targeter and RF Analyst at Booz Allen, you will leverage your expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and RF communications to conduct offensive cyber operations that support critical national security missions. Your role will involve vulnerability analysis, network mapping, and exploitation, all while understanding adversaries' tactics, techniques, and procedures. You will be responsible for developing access leads and actionable intelligence products, working closely with a team of analysts to solve complex problems that impact national security. Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability analysis and network mapping.
• Execute offensive cyber operations to inform national security missions.
• Develop access leads and actionable intelligence products.
• Collaborate with a team of analysts to solve complex intelligence problems.
• Interpret and analyze complex data sets to generate leads for intelligence collection.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with signals intelligence analysis.
• Experience with communications and weapons technologies.
• Experience with social network analysis, network exploitation, and target development.
• Experience in a high-paced telecommunications and signals analysis environment.
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT.
• Knowledge of RF and satellite communications protocols and technologies.
• Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports.
• Ability to parse, research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Communication Intelligence (COMINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), or PROFORMA technical analysis.
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks, including evolving trends and technologies.
• Knowledge of the latest developments in SIGINT processing, computer protocols, and communications technologies.
• Ability to lead teams of highly technical SIGINT analysts.
