About the position
As a Technical Targeter and SIGINT Analyst, you will apply your vulnerability analysis, network mapping, exploitation, and specialized expertise in signals intelligence (SIGINT) to execute offensive cyber operations that inform our nation's most critical security missions. You will develop access leads and products to provide actionable intelligence and context to clients, working with a team of analysts to solve complex problems that impact national security.
Responsibilities
- Conduct signals intelligence analysis to support mission objectives.
- Develop access leads and products for actionable intelligence.
- Utilize vulnerability analysis and network mapping techniques.
- Collaborate with a team of analysts to solve complex intelligence problems.
- Interpret and analyze complex data sets to generate leads.
- Engage in offensive cyber operations to inform security missions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with signals intelligence analysis.
- Experience with communications and weapons technologies.
- Experience with social network analysis, network exploitation, and target development.
- Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT.
- Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with communication intelligence (COMINT), electronic intelligence (ELINT), or PROFORMA technical analysis.
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks and evolving trends.
- Ability to lead teams of SIGINT analysts.
