About the position
Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead who will serve as a validation and quality assurance expert, responsible for reviewing the functionality of existing systems. The role involves conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, and leading execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. The Technical Test Lead will design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios and collaborate with talented professionals to create innovative, defect-free solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities
- Act as a validation and quality assurance expert to review existing systems' functionality.
- Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy and design.
- Lead execution of tests to guarantee superior outcomes.
- Design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios.
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative, high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
- At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing.
- Knowledge and experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Merchant Payment Processing and related systems.
- Experience in Financial services with high-volume processing and reporting.
- Experience in designing E2E automation frameworks.
- Strong skills in API Testing using Rest Assured, Postman, Swagger.
- Strong skills in E2E Automation using Selenium, Appium.
