As a Technical Field Service Engineer Tier 2, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective technical support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of UVeye solutions. This role involves frequent travel to customer sites, where you will apply your technical expertise to resolve issues and provide proactive service. Your technical expertise will assist our organization in increasing client satisfaction, improving efficiency, managing risk, and diagnosing problems. A great FSE L2 has a positive “can do” attitude and delivers a consistently great experience for our customers. You will be responsible for conducting on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair, collaborating with customers to understand their technical issues and provide timely solutions, documenting service activities, ensuring compliance with company safety protocols, and managing escalations that arise after repeated service by other parties before you.
