About The Position
Venture Global LNG is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Technical Trainer for our Operations team. The Technical Trainer is responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training and competency programs. This role involves writing literature and materials for training programs and designing exercises to enhance lectures at the Calcasieu Pass LNG facility. The Technical Trainer will perform training and conduct assessments in the field, requiring broad knowledge of regulatory compliance, learning management systems, as well as planning and scheduling. This position will report to the Training Supervisor at the Calcasieu Pass facility.
