About the position

The Technical Trainer for Security Products at Bosch is responsible for providing technical training solutions for intrusion and access security systems to customers and end users. This role involves delivering training both remotely and in-person, ensuring that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of Bosch's security product portfolio. The trainer will also manage training logistics, develop training materials, and support various educational events, contributing to the overall business objectives of Bosch Security Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training solutions for intrusion and access security products to internal and external customers.
• Conduct training sessions remotely via MS Teams or at Bosch Training Centers and regional customer sites.
• Deliver accurate technical product education and assessments on Bosch's security product portfolio.
• Manage travel arrangements, class logistics, and maintenance of training content and equipment.
• Prepare training delivery centers and labs for effective training sessions.
• Report training results to students and department management in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the design and innovation of training programs and materials.
• Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Support educational events such as trade shows and product launch roadshows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the security industry.
• 3-5 years of experience in the security industry.
• 2 years of technical training and/or adult education experience, preferably with Access and Intrusion products.
• Experience with virtual classroom delivery using MS Teams or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
