The Technical Trainer at Talent Groups is responsible for developing and delivering engaging technical training materials to enhance the skills of a tech-savvy workforce. This role involves creating content in various formats, managing eLearning platforms, and ensuring that training resources are effective and accessible for all user levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and impactful technical training materials in various formats.
- Support the design, development, and distribution of technical training resources.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of eLearning platforms and learning management systems.
- Utilize tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, and Camtasia to create interactive e-learning modules.
- Regularly review, refine, and update training content and job aids.
- Produce digital learning modules with high-quality audio and video components.
- Develop a range of resources, including presentations and hands-on exercises.
Requirements
- Experience in developing technical training materials.
- Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, and Camtasia.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems and eLearning platforms.
- Ability to create content tailored to diverse learning styles.
