Responsibilities

• Analyze and update previous incident tickets and documents

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
• Experience creating documentation material for Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a Plus
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a team

Nice-to-haves
