Responsibilities

• Analyze and update previous incident tickets and documents.
• Write and revise ServiceNow and Remedy articles.
• Collaborate with the client's team to improve internal procedures and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Experience creating documentation material for Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ServiceNow (1 year preferred).
