About the position

The Technical Writer position at ENS Solutions involves creating and reviewing technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to agency standards. The role requires collaboration with authors to enhance narrative organization and ensure proper classification of content. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical writing, particularly in the context of IT and security documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and review ITD technical products for grammar, punctuation, and syntax accuracy.
• Ensure style and format conform to agency publication standards.
• Amend draft tables, tone boxes, and graphics for consistency with accompanying text.
• Ensure proper classification markings according to provided guidance.
• Collaborate with authors to revise products for narrative organization and negotiate further revisions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
