Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the intricacies and functionalities of the Transform platform.
• Create a detailed and user-friendly manual to guide users in navigating and utilizing the platform effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information about the platform features and updates.
• Ensure adherence to Broadridge's quality standards and consistency across all documentation.
• Revise and edit content as new updates or platform features are introduced.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner for various audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the financial or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to document complex software platforms, ideally in the SEC filing or financial services domain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and content creation tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
