The Technical Writer/Editor position at Lukos involves providing contractor support services for training, technical assistance, compliance, and programmatic support specifically for the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and the Juvenile Family Management Division (JFMD). The candidate will also be expected to review current processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency. A key aspect of the job will be the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented changes and initiatives. Additionally, the Technical Writer/Editor will draft reports and create presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
