TRISTAR is seeking a Technical Writer for our upcoming government customer in Bloomington, IN. This position involves providing direct support by preparing, reviewing, editing, and maintaining program technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, work instructions, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and internal team messaging. The Technical Writer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all documentation is clear, concise, and adheres to industry standards and best practices. The Technical Writer will be responsible for developing comprehensive documentation plans and timelines for creating and updating SOPs, policies, and other technical documentation. This includes writing documentation that is not only accurate but also accessible to non-technical audiences. The role requires organizing and structuring documentation in a logical manner, making complex technical concepts easier to understand. Additionally, the Technical Writer will review and edit existing documentation to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
