About The Position
The Technical Writer III position involves creating, developing, planning, writing, and editing various types of documentation including operational, instructional, maintenance, or test procedures. This role may also include producing content for embedded user assistance technology. The writer will conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather necessary data for documentation and will be responsible for researching and translating technical information into manuals and web-based documents suitable for both nontechnical and technical users. Additionally, the writer may document engineering processes and specifications, recommend formats that meet technical and customer requirements, and ensure that all produced documentation conforms to the company's quality assurance standards.
