About The Position
Iron Mountain is offering a Technical Writer Intern position for Summer 2025, aimed at rising seniors pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, English, or a related field. The internship will last for 12 weeks, providing an opportunity to document product features and create instructional content to support user adoption and learning. Interns will work closely with various teams, including Engineering, UX, QA, and Product Management, under the guidance of the Documentation Manager.
